Russia has created a full coverage radar system of warning of a missile attack, the chairman of the board of directors and general designer of the RTI concern, chief designer of the missile attack warning system Sergey Boyev said on Thursday. "Last year we commissioned three long-range radars. In accordance with the president’s instructions we created the full coverage peripheral radar system unparalleled in the past," he said. Ceasefire observation Control groups continue monitoring the ceasefire observation within the implementation of the Memorandum on creation of the de-escalation zones in the Syrian Arab Republic, which had been signed by the Russia, Turkey, and Iran on May 4, 2017. Situation in the de-escalation zones is assessed as stable. Over the last 24 hours, the Russian party of the Russia-Turkey Commission on violations of the Joint Agreement has registered 15 cases of firing in the provinces of Latakia (2), Homs (3), Damascus (8), and al-Suwayda (2).
